Sesame Streets 40th Anniversary

This week Sesame Street celebrated their 40th anniversary. Google honored them with several logo's decorated with Sesame Street characters. I for one am pretty happy they are around. Jim Henson was a ingenious with his knack for relating to kids through puppetry. In his honor and that of Sesame Street a few of my all time favorites.

I miss the Muppet Show. There's not a lot of wholesome shows like that on prime time television anymore. But now... the first three seasons are available on DVD. Score!

Love Sesame Street - the old one that is. Maybe because I'm old. My mama used to watch The Muppet Show with us every week. We would laugh and laugh.

@Alex. I LOVED that show and I agree. I'll not mention the "popular" channels in my house but I can tell you it makes me sad.
